What about cleaning supplies?
I am providing all necessary clean supplies, but if you prefer a certain product to use at your home, just reach out to me!
WHAT ABOUT PETS?
Pets are a part of the family, and so I clean up after them as well! During the service I recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let me know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
What happens if i have to cancel my cleaning appointment
24 hour cancellation policy
Once you’ve made an appointment with me, i now have reserved the appointment time exclusively and respectively for you. .
Things happen, and their sometimes unavoidable, but if you cancel less than twenty-four (24) hours from your appointment time, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
The fee will be due with your next cleaning appointment, which will cover lost wages.
I kindly ask for a 48 hours notice of cancellation, or preferably as soon as you know that you won't be able to keep the appointment. Im more then are happy to accommodate you with a new appointment.
